Vigilant responds to MVA in late afternoon

On January 21,2008 at 5:44PM Vigilant fire department was alerted to an MVA with injuries,  in front of 4528 Seneca St.  Upon arrival Vigilant chiefs requested that Seneca St. be shut down from Main St. to East Ave. with both cars heavily damaged and blocking all lanes on Seneca St.  One minor head injury was reported, despite the air bag deployment and extensive damage to both vehicles.  Vigilant was released from the scene within 30 minutes, and then was alerted mutual aid to Union, for a report of smoke in the building at Arby´s restaurant on Union Rd.
